Does the season pass include entry to special events?
Some events are included, but others may require a small upgrade fee. Passholders are notified of perks and access in advance via email or our website.
Can I share my season pass with someone else?
No, season passes are non-transferable and must be used by the person to whom they are registered. ID may be required at entry.
What happens if I lose my pass?
A replacement pass can be issued at Guest Services for a small fee. Be sure to bring valid identification to verify your account.
